Ballymoat Gardens is a two acre garden set in a rural landscape with many special features including a waterfall feeding a stream and leading to a forty foot pond stocked with fish.
A Celtic cross layout, bog oak displays throughout, shrubbery, herbaceous borders, grasses beds, fernery stocked with Australian tree ferns, scree beds and many exotic plants and including a large display of aeoniums.
Location: Take N25 from Waterford to Cork. In Kilmeaden village turn left at the Sweep Garage - Bunmahon road. First left, up hill, veer right, 2km - signposted.
