Fairbrook House Gardens and Museum of contemporary art is a three acre walled artists garden, laid out between the ruins of a former woolen mill, situated on the river Dawn.

covers three acres around the wonderful house that stands. The house and gardens was a former woolen mill set in the rural setting at the River Dawn in Kilmeaden. This romantic walled garden with an old terracotta floor and water channel, special water features such as a lily pond as well as lavender fields and rose gazebo. Fairbrook House and Gardens also has a small art gallery with paintings from Dutch artist Clary Mastenbroek and it is now extended as a museum for contemporary and figurative art.
Location: From Waterford city take N25 (Dungarvan/Cork road) to Kilmeaden, past Centra supermarket, turn into fourth narrow road on the right.
