Anglo Norman Castle (12th century)
Dunmore East is a lovely little fishing port and seaside resort located near the mouth of Waterford's harbour. In the centre of the Village is an Anglo-Norman Castle which was erected in the 12th century.
Thatch Cottages
There are many thatch cottages to be seen in Dunmore East. This is a real treasure to see as there are very few thatched cottages left in Ireland.
