The Producers of County Waterford have created their products from an unusually rich and productive landscape - fertile plains, craggy mountains, the broad and abundant river Blackwater and long coastline.

They produce a tremendous array of products supplied to both local and export markets where they are recognised for their authenticity and quality. The Waterford County Enterprise Board has compiled a list of local food producers.
