Upcoming Training Spins

After the success of the inaugural Sean Kelly Tour Training day Dungarvan Cycling Club will hold another training day on Sunday the 27th of July. Start time 10:00am from Grattan Square. The following distances will be covered on the day; 10, 20 & 30 mile flat spins, a 40 mile spin & a 60 mile spin.

NB - All participants must wear a helmet and there is a 3 Euro sign on fee to cover insurance.

Dungarvan Cycling Club will host a 70-mile training spin on Sunday the 3rd of August starting at 9:00am from Grattan Square in Dungarvan. The tour is open to all clubs and there will be a 2 Euro sign on fee for non-licence holders. This spin is aimed at cyclists taking part in either the 100km Kelly Legacy or 160km Kelly Comeragh Challenge and coming only 3 weeks before the Sean Kelly Tour it will be an ideal training opportunity for all.
